The Nebraska Developing Youth Talent Initiative is a program intended to connect young Nebraskans to the manufacturing and technology sectors in Nebraska. In it’s first year, it is an innovative approach to develop a pipeline of young talent to build the future of Nebraska’s workplace.
Two local companies received grants, Flowserve Corporation (Hastings, NE) and Hollman Media, LLC (Kearney, NE). Both will be working with area Middle School students on advanced skill sets and experience. An exciting opportunity to ignite a passion for the future workforce in Nebraska, we look to seeing how this program develops over time.
