Two Ravenna juniors qualify for robotics competition

The two Ravenna NE High School juniors were the first team from their school to qualify earlier this year for the 2013 VEX Robotics High School World Championship. Escritt, McAlevy and robotics program head Kelley Jarzynka will go to Anaheim, Calif., for the three-day competition April 17-20. “Never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d do so well so quickly,” Jarzynka said. “I’m excited to continue the program.
